the staff was genuinely helpful . they helped me with an early check-in upon arrival (i needed to freshen up after my travels). the hotel's location is excellent for exploring (restaurants are close). the rooms are clean and the beds provide good comfort.
my room faced a busy street and i noticed some noise. light also entered the room, which impacted my sleep quality.

while i did not dine in (i prefer exploring local spots), i observed the breakfast area. it features a simple buffet and offered pastries and coffee. the setup looked well maintained.

I encountered some issues . The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. That was quite noticeable. noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard, like people taking showers. It made it hard to relax. It was irritating!

The location was unbeatable. Central station was just a short walk. darling harbour, chinatown, and paddy's markets were also conveniently close. i found countless restaurants and shops nearby, so i was never bored. the air conditioning worked effectively.
the building work did cause some noise. it was a minor inconvenience.

fantastic location, a super choice!

I found its location to be amazing, it made getting around so easy. i could walk to many places i wanted to visit. the staff was so helpful. Pedro even helped me with an earlier check-in making my arrival much easier. the bed felt wonderfully comfortable i could have stayed there forever!
the noise from the street was noticeable i could hear it from my room.

I loved that the hotel is located right in chinatown. It's super convenient! it's also a short walk to the light rail on george street. This made getting around so easy. the building itself is iconic, it had really high ceilings and impressively large rooms. It felt luxurious!
The noise was a bit of a bummer. I could hear sounds from the adjacent room and the street. i wish i had known the housekeeping schedule. I would have planned my day better.

accessible public transportmissing power
The location was central to everything I needed. Public transport was very accessible so that was acceptable.
The room seemed small especially considering what I paid. There was no power for the first hour I was there then I had to return to reception. I wish they would have told me when I got the key to the room.
